LEPTON-PHOTON '99XIX International Symposium on Lepton and Photon Interactions at High EnergiesStanford University

Stanford University will be the host of the XIX International Symposium on Lepton and Photon Interactions at High Energies, to be held August 9-14, 1999. The Symposium will be held in Kresge Auditorium of the Law School on Stanford University Campus, the site of previous Symposia. The Stanford Linear Accelerator Center (SLAC) will provide administrative support. The auditorium seats 580 people. Overflow seating will be provided in a nearby Law School lecture hall provided with closed circuit TV coverage of the proceedings. The Conference Secretariat and a Computer Room for delegates will also be housed at the Law School in adjoining rooms. The conference is sponsored by the International Union of Pure and Applied Physics (IUPAP), the U.S. Department of Energy, the U.S. National Science Foundation, Stanford University, and SLAC. Participation in the Symposium is by invitation only. Invitations will be extended to scientists nominated by the IUPAP-recommended Country Coordinators. Please contact your Country Coordinator if you wish to obtain an invitation.
