New Cut Dialog

This dialog will pop up when you click on the 'Add' button on the Cut list dialog.  It is shown below:

• On the first line, select the type of cut you want.  Listed are all registered subclasses of hep.analysis.Cut.  See the javadoc documentation for details on the individual subclasses.
• On the second line, give a name for the cut.  This must be a legal Java identifier, and you cannot reuse cut names.
