• build components; associate digitizers with active elements

• call-backs to digitizers when particles hit their detectors
  • digitizers have access to MC particle class
• fancy lists of hits or maps of towers
  • refer back to parent MC particle

Output subsystem hit lists to ASCII file

• external parsers for Root, JAS & PAW binary files
