• 3 500 GeV reference reactions + 2 detector designs

  • ‘Snowmass-like’ and ‘JLC/TESLA-like’ detectors to test range of simulation

• WW, ZZ final states - generated at Penn

• selectron pairs - Colorado

• tt - Michigan

• + SM, 2g backgrounds - SLAC

• Small & Large Detectors

  • will be tweaked at December workshop
  • Small:
    • pixel VXD 1-6 cm, Si tracker to 15-55 cm, Si-W EM calorimeter 55-90 cm, Cu-scint HAD cal (outside coil 140-250 cm), Fe-gas muon system, 6T field
  • Large:
    • pixel VXD 2.5-10 cm, TPC 20-200 cm, Pb-scint EM cal 200-250 cm, HAD cal Pb-scint 250-370 cm, Fe-gas muon system, 2T field
