This message indicates that the data processing server SLDPM is not active. This is indicated by the age of the LAST_ALIVE file that the server writes into [sldpm.dp.util] at 20 minute intervals.

How to Fix

The server can be restarted by logging on to the SLDPM account on SLACVM. Log it off (if not a fresh login) and issue SLDPM (DISC to restart the server. Contact Len Moss if the server continues to hang.
