Future Support of SLDPM

Watchdogging

• Check that mail delivered in a timely manner between VMS and VM (or Unix)
• Check that VM (or Unix) Oracle tables are being updated from the Online tables.
• Replace simple SENDPAGE with full use of Wendling's TELALERT system.
• Provide an SLDPM command to disable paging during maintenance.

New Features

• Reconfigure SLDPM to start and stop by AUTOLOG rather than LOGON.
• Make QJOBS give better information for FILTER jobs.
• Make error mail for ACQIN problems include run number.
• Archive error mail in appropriate VMS run directories.
• Add NOSUBMIT option (saves job for hand editing before submission).
