P1 Filt: RANDOM + EC TAU

#PASS 1 Filter Correlation Matrix.?
The RANDOM trigger fires at preset regular intervals used to measure ambient conditions.>
The EC TAU trigger looks for sufficient energy in a cone&around the maximum energy direction.

