                DTFD not flat

(4) run 35375:  bad pol = 36 %
                cdc on = 91%
                muon filter and diag element correlation matrix = 0
                definite slope to DCHD plot
                DTFD also has structure
                several ev disp events with layers off in cdc

(5) run 35376:  several ev disp events with layers off in cdc
                sharp break in DELD plot


Looking in the Zchkday I see structure in the VEP VECT and Vertex
detector efficiency plots VECT and VEPH. I think this is maybe serious.
