Fix for large stdhep file sizes

 The default event generation code on the Snowmass CD produces large stdhep output file sizes. A fix for this is now available. Please download this hep.jar file and save it to your lib directory under your JAS installation. This replaces the existing jar file, which under Windows default installation would be at:

C:\Program Files\Java Analysis Studio\lib
