Japan/SLD Collaboration Celebration
The Japanese group, Nagoya and Tohoku Universities, has enjoyed
a successful research program since joining the SLD Collaboration in
1988. We participated in activities such as the construction of the CDC, CRID and the vertex detector, and many physics analyses. The number of Ph.D theses reached eight. Regretfully, the Japanese participation in the SLD program will come to an end as of March, 2001.
To celebrate the successful collaboration and express our appreciation of the wonderful SLAC hospitality, the Japanese group will be hosting a party with the help of SLAC and SLD, and you are cordially invited.
